13Click OK to accept the TCP/IP settings.
14Click OK to close the Local Area Connection number Properties window.
15Click OK when prompted to restart the computer and then click OK again.

Configuring for TCP/IP in Windows XP
To configure for TCP/IP for Windows XP:
1On the Windows Desktop, click Start to display the Start window:
2Click Control Panel to display the Control Panel widow. The display varies, depending on your Windows XP view options. If the display is a Category view as shown in the following illustration, continue to step 3. Otherwise, skip to step 5.
