Step 18 In the dialog box that appears next, click the Diagnostics tab to bring it to the front, then click Query Modem. After windows has communicated with the new modem some AT commands and their responses will appear. Scroll through this section of the dialog box until you see the commands and responses displayed below.

If the displayed responses are similar to those shown above, the modem and its correct driver have been installed correctly.
