What items are programmed by the Printer button?

All of the settings that affect how your print- outs look are pro- grammed with the Printer button. You have choices about the size of the font and the way conversations are printed.

With this button, you can also choose to print all the items of a partic- ular type such as all the Auto-Answer messages currently in memory.

Interrupt

If you turn Interrupt off, you will not receive Interrupt request messages. Your Interrupt key will still send the interrupt message while someone else is typing.

1.Press Options . CODE < AUTOMATIC> is displayed.

2.Press to scroll through the options until INTERRUPT <ON> is displayed.

3.Press the Spacebar to change the setting to <OFF>.

4.Press Enter to save this setting and move to the next option in the

menu, or press Esc to exit the Options menu without making any changes.

THE PRINTER BUTTON

Print Font

Usually, the Superprint Pro80 prints everything in bold letters. With the Print Font option you can choose between normal, wide or bold letters.

1.Hold down the Program key and press Printer . PRINT FONT <BOLD> is displayed.

2.Press the Spacebar to change the setting.

3.Press Enter to save this setting and move to the next option in the

menu, or press Esc to exit the Print Setup menu without making any changes.

Print Case

Usually, what you type is printed in all lower case letters and what is typed by the person on the other end of the line is printed in upper case letters. With the Print Case option you can choose to have all printing appear in upper case.

1.Hold down the Program key and press Printer . PRINT FONT <BOLD> is displayed.

2.Press to scroll through the options until PRINTER CASE <UPPER/LOWER> is displayed.

3.Press the Spacebar to change the setting to <ALL UPPER>.

4.Press Enter to save this setting and move to the next option in the

menu, or press Esc to exit the Print Setup menu without making any changes.

Print all Auto-Answer Messages

1.Hold down the Program key and press Printer . PRINT FONT <BOLD> is displayed.

2.Press to scroll through the options until PRINT ALL AA MESSAGES <NO> is displayed.
