You can print all of the Directory at once.

Hold down the Program key and press Printer . Press to scroll down. The last five options allow you to print all the items of a particular type (see “The Printer Button” on page 54).

4.Use the following keys while editing numbers: The keys to move through

the number without deleting. The Back Space key to erase characters.

to save the number or press

Esc

to exit this menu.

PRINTING A DIRECTORY ENTRY

1. Press Dial . NAME OR NUM> is displayed.

2.Press to scroll through the list of numbers in the Directory.

3.When the desired entry is displayed, press printed.

CLEARING A DIRECTORY ENTRY

1.Hold down Program and press Directory .TYPE NAME OR ARROWS is displayed.

2.Type the name for the number you want to clear. If you do not remember what

name is used for the number, you can use the keys to look through the list of numbers in the Directory.

3.Press the Clear button. CLEAR J SMITH <YES> is displayed.

4.Press Enter . ** CLEARED ** is displayed.

to exit the menu without making any changes.

CLEARING THE DIALING DIRECTORY

Important! Are you sure you want to clear the Directory?

Clearing the Directory will permanently delete ALL the telephone numbers that you have saved into the Directory. To be safe, print out the Directory first (see “The Printer Button” on page 54).
