PARTIAL COPYING

3Press the Partial Copy key when the leading edge of the area to be copied comes to the position where it is covered with the origin- al table cover.

The indicator on the Partial Copy key lights.

✏If you do not press the Partial Copy key, the original is deli- vered without partial copying.

4Press the Partial Copy key when the trailing edge of the area to be copied comes to the position where it is covered with the origi- nal table cover.

The indicator on the Partial Copy key goes off.

✏If you do not specify the trailing edge, the copier will do the following:

∙Cuts the paper automati- cally according to the origi- nal length when the synchro cut function is selected.

∙Otherwise, cuts the paper in the specified length.

∙The area to be copied might differ slightly from the de- sired one depending on the timing of pressing the key.
