Agilent 85047A S-Parameter Test Set
The 85047A
a single sweep. The 8753ES Option 011 does not use the frequency doubler, so the full 300 kHz to 6 GHz range is available. This test set exhibits
<5 dB insertion loss between the RF input and the test ports for as high as 15 dBm at the test port, and also includes a programmable step attenuator. There are two rear panel BNC outputs. One pro- vides a TTL signal which indicates the result of
a limit test. The second TTL output is controlled from the 8753ES test sequence function.
