C Select the box in which you want to store the file.

❒When there are pre-registered files, a file mark is displayed at the end of the Box Name.

❒A message is displayed, when selecting a box with a file stored in it. Press [Yes], when changing the file name. The file stored originally will be overwritten.

When a password is required

A Enter the password, and then press [OK].

❒If you make a mistake, press

[Clear] or the {Clear/Stop} key before pressing [OK], and then try again.

❒To cancel entering a pass- word, press [Cancel]. The dis- play returns to that of step C.

❒You can also select the follow- ing settings:

•Book Fax

•Two-Sided Original (The op- tional Auto Document Feed- er (ADF) is required.)

•Stamp (The optional Auto Document Feeder (ADF) is required.)
