Set the STB Clock / STB On and Off Time Settings

Set the STB Clock

The STB1000 clock is set automatically from a digital channel signal. The signal includes clock information provided by the broadcasting station. You can also set the clock manually if the auto clock function does not set the current time correctly.

1.

Press MENU on the Installer Remote, and use the arrow

 

navigation keys to select/highlight the TIME menu option.

 

Then, press ENTER.

Use the Up/Down arrows to select Clock, and then press

 

ENTER.

3.

In the Clock pop-up window, use the Left/Right arrows to

select Auto or Manual clock settings.

4. Depending on your selection in step 3:

Auto: Select the appropriate settings in the Time Zone

 

and Daylight Saving fields. All other fields will be set

 

automatically and are disabled (grayed out) on-screen.

Manual: Select the appropriate settings in the Month,

 

Date, Year, Hour, and Minute fields. The Time Zone and

 

Daylight Saving fields will be disabled (grayed out) on-

 

screen.

Use the Up/Down arrows to navigate between the fields, and use the Left/Right arrows to make your selections.

5.When you have completed the clock settings as required, select Close and press ENTER to close the pop-up window and return to the Time Menu.

6.Press MENU to return to TV viewing, or press RETURN to return to the previous menu level.

STB On and Off Time Settings

These options enable you to set times for the STB1000 to automatically turn Off or On.

1.Press MENU on the Installer Remote, and use the arrow navigation keys to select/highlight the TIME menu option. Then, press ENTER.

2.Use the Up/Down arrows to select Off Time or On Time, and then press ENTER.

3.In the Off/On Time pop-up window, select the hour and minute and how often to repeat (Off, Once, Daily, Mon.~Fri., Mon.~ Sat., Sat.~Sun., or Sun.).

4.When you have completed the settings, select Close and press ENTER to close the pop-up window and return to the Time Menu.

5.Press MENU to return to TV viewing, or press RETURN to return to the previous menu level.
