Setting System Parameters

Screen

Here, you can use the  keys to select the type of screen display.

-P/S (Pan/Scan) = Full screen for 4:3 sets (caution: margins are cropped!)

-Letterbox display - This setting enforces the widescreen format for a 4:3 set

Pressing  twice takes you back to the normal TV picture.

A/V Mode

Here, you can use the keys to select the type of video signal at the

Scart socket. Select the signal that your TV set can process.

Follow the instructions in the operating manual for your TV set.

FBAS (= composite colour signal) - Combined basic band signal (Co- lour/Picture/Blank/

Synchronisation signal) or

-RGB - Red/Green/Blue signal or

-Y/C - SVH-S- signal (luminance/chrominance)

Pressing  twice takes you back to the normal TV picture.
