Lets you see and change H.323, gatekeeper,

 

dialing speed, and QOS settings (see page

 

51).

General

The General Setup screen presents basic information about your

ViaVideo setup.

You can set the following options:

Auto Answer

When Auto Answer is selected and an

 

incoming call is received, ViaVideo

 

activates a ring tone, and automatically

 

connects with the far site.

 

When Auto Answer is not selected and

 

an incoming call is received, ViaVideo

 

presents a dialog asking if you want to

 

answer the incoming call.

 

By default, Auto Answer is not selected.

Auto Start ViaVideo

When Auto Start ViaVideo is selected,

 

the ViaVideo application starts as part of

 

your PC’s boot process. When in auto

 

start mode, ViaVideo starts with the

 

application window minimized.
