Print Quality is Poor or Contains Errors

Ink does not eject properly/Printing is Blurred/Colors are Wrong/White Streaks appear

Ink tank is not seated	Check that the ink tanks are firmly seated in the print head and reseat them, if
properly/Ink tank is	necessary.
empty	Check that the correct ink tanks are installed and that they are in the correct
	order.

	Check to see if all the orange tape has been peeled off as shown in (1). If a
	part of the orange tape remains as shown in (2), remove it thoroughly.

	If an ink tank is empty, replace the ink tank. See “Replacing an Ink Tank” on
	page 38.
Print head is	Align the print head.
misaligned	See “Aligning the Print Head” on page 56.
Print head nozzles are	Print the nozzle check pattern to check for uneven ink output.
clogged	See “Printing the Nozzle Check Pattern” on page 44.
	When a specific color is missing from the nozzle check pattern, clean the print
	head.

Paper is not loaded	Check that your paper is loaded with the correct print side facing up.
