Subwoofer and centre speaker

￿Move the joystick 8left or right to se- lect among the available frequencies.

￿Move the joystick 8 up or down to select the desired quality factor for the defined frequency.

When you have finished making your changes,

￿press the OK joystick 8or the AUDIO button :.

Adjusting the centre speaker

You can select the frequency at which a connected centre speaker should be con- trolled.

You can select from the frequencies "200 Hz", "400 Hz", "800 Hz", "1600 Hz" and "3200 Hz". If you select the setting "FLAT", all frequencies are output via the centre speaker, including bass. This set- ting should be selected only if your centre speaker features a built-in high-pass filter.

In addition to the frequency, you can adjust the level for the centre speaker.

￿Press the AUDIO button :. "AUDIO MENU" appears on the display.

￿Press the NEXT button 4.

"AUDIO MENU 2" appears on the display.

￿Press the softkey 5 with the display label "CENTRE".

￿Press the joystick 8 left or right to adjust the frequency for the centre speaker.

￿Press the joystick 8up or down to ad- just the level for the centre speaker.

When you have finished making your changes,

￿press the OK joystick 8or the AUDIO button :.

Adjusting high-pass filters for front/rear

You can adjust a separate high-pass filter for the front and the rear channel that filters all frequencies below the adjusted frequency so that the filtered frequencies are played only by a connected subwoofer.

If you select the setting "FLAT", no frequen- cies are filtered and all signals are forward- ed to the loudspeakers. The setting "AUTO" automatically adjusts the high-pass filter to the value defined for the low-pass filter.

￿Press the AUDIO button :. "AUDIO MENU" appears on the display.

￿Press the NEXT button 4.

"AUDIO MENU 2" appears on the display.

￿Press the softkey 5 with the display label "HIPASS F" for setting the front high-pass filter.

￿Press the softkey 5 with the display label "HIPASS R" for setting the rear high-pass filter.

￿Press the joystick 8 left or right to adjust the frequency for the high-pass filter.
