QUICKSTART

NUMBER KEYS (1–9 and 0): You can use the number keys to change workout session information such as program selection, workout time, weight, and age.

During a workout, you can use the number keys to designate the resistance or target settings and, within three seconds, press the corresponding arrow key to initiate the change.

RESET: During your exercise session or from pause mode, press the RESET key to display a WORKOUT SUMMARY. Press RESET again to return to the Precor banner.

Important: The optional power adapter must be connected before you can pause during your exercise session for more than 30 seconds.

PROGRAM CHANGE ▲▼: You can use the PROGRAM CHANGE ▲▼ keys to switch to a different program during an exercise session. Tap a PROGRAM CHANGE arrow key to view the current program. Press a PROGRAM CHANGE arrow key for a few seconds to select a new program number and the profile changes accordingly. You can also choose a new program using the number keys. For more information, refer to Changing the Program during an Exercise Session.

Important: You cannot make a mid-session change to or from the Weight Loss or Fitness Test programs using the PROGRAM CHANGE arrow keys. The opposite is also true. The PROGRAM CHANGE arrow keys are disabled when you use the Weight Loss or Fitness Test programs, so you cannot make a mid-session change to another program.
