4.Enter your weight (1–999) and then your age (1–99).

Note: If you select the Watts Control, Distance, or Calories Program, you will be prompted for additional program-specific entries.

5.To change a value that you have already entered, press RESET and reenter the information.

Note: You can press QUICKSTART after any of the prompts (program name, workout time, weight, or age entry). QUICKSTART applies user preferences and uses the club’s default settings for any prompts skipped.

6.Use the RESISTANCE ▼▲ keys to change the pedal resistance.

Changing the Program during an Exercise Session

While exercising or during the cool-down period, you can select a different program (except Weight Loss or Fitness Test) by touching the PROGRAM CHANGE ▲▼ keys. Accumulated workout statistics and workout time are transferred to the new program selection.

Note: Continue pedaling and keep the RPM above 20 while you adjust to your new selection.

To select a new program, take the following steps:

1.Press a PROGRAM CHANGE ▲▼ key. The display indicates the program that is currently running. Continue to press either PROGRAM CHANGE ▲ or ▼ key to display a different program.

Note: While selecting a new program, your exercise session is momentarily suspended. The LEDs next to the workout statistics are not lit. If QUICKSTART or ENTER are not pressed within five seconds, the cycle resumes your exercise session without making any program changes.
