Model 3081FG

a.Remove the end cap of the probe to expose the terminal block.

b.Refer to Figure 5-2. Disconnect the four wires (two oxygen signal wires and two thermocouple wires) from the terminal block.

c.Disconnect the reference air and the cali- bration check gas lines.

d.Unscrew the probe from the stack and remove.

e.Using a replacement probe, refer to para- graph 2-2cfor mechanical installation in- structions.

f.Refer to paragraph 2-3bfor electrical in- stallation instructions.

g.Refer to paragraph 2-4for reference air and calibration check gas installation instruc- tions.
