FOOTREST HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT (FIGURE 2)

NOTE: This procedure applies to the swingaway footrest and elevating legrest.

1.Remove the swingaway footrest assembly. Refer to INSTALLING/ REMOVING/USING THE FOOTREST in this section of the manual.

NOTE: Lay the assembly on a flat surface to simplify this procedure.

2.If installed, remove impact guards and/ or calf strap.

3.Pull the cam lock lever UP to the UNLOCKED position.

4.Push IN the release buttons and reposition the lower footrest assembly to the desired height.

5.Ensure that the release buttons fully protrude from holes on both sides of the upper footrest support.

6.Rotate cam lock lever DOWN to LOCKED position.

7.If installed, replace impact guards and/or calf strap.

8.Repeat this procedure for the other footrest, if necessary.

9.Reinstall the swingaway footrest assembly. Refer to INSTALLING/REMOVING/USING THE FOOTREST in this section of the manual.

IMPACT GUARDS/CALF STRAP (FIGURE 3)

1.Remove impact guard/calf strap from packaged container if not already secured to the footrest.

2.Secure one (1) impact guard to the each footrest.

NOTE: Ensure the upper portion of the impact guard is between the two (2) horizontal supports of the footrest.

3. Secure one (1) side of the calf strap around the each footrest (with the impact guards attached, if present).
