Troubleshooting

Problem	Possible Cause/s	Required Action
SM45 displays	Missing configuration	Download the appropriate
Config Error		configuration file into the SM45.

	Invalid configuration	Contact your local Powerware
		DC product representative.

Incorrect number of cells in a battery string – a result of a mismatch between string voltage and nominal rectifier output voltage.

Check the number of cells in a battery string, nominal voltage of each cell and the nominal voltage of the rectifiers.

SM45 displays ???	Incorrectly configured,	Configure, connect or replace
	disconnected or failed sensor	sensor.
