i2021 ISDN Teleset

MORE key flashes, you can press the key to return to the previous menu.

nMUTE

The MUTE button toggles the microphone - on and off - for the handset, headset, and speakerphone. A steady light (red) lights the key when active.

nREDIAL

This key is handy for calling frequently busy numbers. Press this key to redial the last (manually dialed, or Speed Dialed) number.

nVOLUME / RINGER

Press the right side of this key to incrementally raise the volume/ringer intensity. You incrementally lower the volume, or ringer intensity, by pressing on the left side of the volume key. A bar graph displays as the level increases or decreases. This setting (volume or ringer) is saved until changed again.

nHOLD

The HOLD key lets you answer or place a second call without losing the original connection. This is not the key used when transferring or making conference calls – other keys are used.

nSPEAKER

The SPEAKER hardkey turns the speakerphone, or the headset if used, On and Off. A steady light (red) lights the key when active.

The Display Window and Menus

The display window contains information used to configure the Teleset’s options and features. The liquid crystal display (LCD) also shows the Caller ID information, call timer, current time /date and the menus for phone setup. Throughout this manual you will be prompted to make decisions and choose features that are displayed in the LCD window.

The menu system allows you to program all of the features/options of your Teleset easily and accurately. The “On-Hook” idle screen is shown below.
