Managing contacts from the CS 1000 Directory

Your server supports the following CS 1000 Directory features: Personal Directory, Redial List, and Callers List.

You can use the following options to manage contacts in CS 1000 Directory features:

Adding contacts to the Personal Directory

To add contacts to the Personal Directory:

1.On the Call Control window, click Directory.

2.Select Personal Directory > Add. A text editor starts.

3.Enter the contact information.

Note: To add a pause in the number, click Pause at any time during data entry.

4.To submit the entry, click Done.
