Intercom
Intercom calls can be made between handsets in the same radio cell.
Note:
RWhen paging the handset, the paged handset beeps for 1 minute.
RIf you receive an outside call while talking on the intercom, you hear 2 tones. To
answer the call, press M
N, then press M
N.
Making an intercom call

Turning auto intercom on/off
This feature allows the handset to answer intercom calls automatically when it is called. You do not need to press M
N. When this feature is set to “On”, the monitoring handset for the baby monitor feature (page 39) will also answer baby monitor calls automatically. The default setting is “Off”.

Handset locator
You can locate a misplaced handset by paging it.

Transferring calls, conference calls
Outside calls can be transferred between 2 handsets in the same radio cell.
2 handsets in the same radio cell can have a conference call with an outside party.
1During an outside call, press 
to put the call on hold.
2MbN: Select the desired unit. a 
3Wait for the paged party to answer.
R If the paged party does not answer,
press 
to return to the outside call.
4To complete the transfer:
Press M
N.
R The outside call is being routed to the destination unit.
To establish a conference call:
a MbN: “Conference” a 
R To leave the conference, press
M
N. The other 2 parties can continue the conversation.
R To put the outside call on hold: 
a MbN: “Hold” a 
To resume the conference:

Note:
RIf you want to return to the outside call after
the paged party answers, press 
.
Answering a transferred call
