Speed dial

You can assign 1 phone number to each of the dial keys (1 to 9) on the handset.

Adding a phone numbers to a speed dial key

1Press and hold the desired speed dial key (1 to 9). a

2Enter the party’s name (16 characters

max.). a

R You can change the character entry

mode by pressing (page 54).

3Enter the party’s phone number (24 digits

max.). a 2 times

Assigning a phonebook entry to a speed dial key

1Find the desired entry (page 23). a

2MbN: Speed Diala

3MbN: Select the desired phone number. a

4MbN: Select the desired dial key number.

R Where a dial key is already being used for speed dialling, “” is displayed next to the dial key number. If you select this dial key, Overwriteis displayed. To overwrite with the currently selected phone number, go to step 5.

Note:

RIf you edit a phonebook entry which is assigned to a speed dial key, the edited entry does not transfer to the speed dial key.

Editing an entry
