USING CAMP-ON (CALL WAITING)

Camp-on (Call Waiting) allows you to send a call waiting tone to a busy extension indicating that they have a call waiting. You then “camp-on” or stay on the line until the party you are trying to reach answers the call.

Beginning with CPC Version 2.0, you can leave a text message that displays on the busy phone. Any one of the following messages can be selected. Messages 6 to 9 and 0 have no default message text. All the messages can be changed through system programming.
