16.TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM	POSSIBLE CAUSE	REASON/SOLUTION
No reading on the	Charger is not plugged in.	Plug the charger into an AC

		breaker supplying AC outlet.
	Clips are not making a good	Check for poor connection to
