3 Before starting

3.1Assembling the vacuum cleaner

1.Open the retaining clamps

(4) and lift off the upper section of the cleaner.

2.Take the accessories out of the dirt tank and the packag- ing.

3.Place a filter bag into the tank as described in the instructions (printed on the filter bag).

CAUTION!

On delivery, the some of the accessories are lying in the tank and must be removed before the cleaner is used for the first time.

Remove the upper section of the cleaner:

The mains plug should not yet be inserted into a socket.

IMPORTANT!

Press the filter bag connection firmly on to the inlet fitting.

4.Fit the upper section of the cleaner and close the retaining clamps.

NOTE!

Ensure that the retaining clamps fit properly.
