Tension Disks

Hold the thread with both hands and tug it gently to ensure the thread is correctly inserted between the tension disks.

Lower looper thread guide

Push the lever (a) down and hook the thread on the guide (b). Pass the thread from front to back through the hole (c) on far right end of the looper. Draw the thread back to the left under the presser foot, leaving a 10 cm (4") tail.
