C. All tracks erasing

Load a CD-RW disc which has

been recorded on.

For a disc loading, refer to page 15.

2 Press the ERASE button twice (once to start last track erasing or TOC erasing).

The function indicator blinks in orange indicating that the recorder is in all tracks erase standby mode.

In the case of a CD-RW which has not been finalized, do not allow more than 8 seconds to elapse after step 2 has been performed before proceeding with step 3.

3 Press the pause ( ) button to start the all tracks erasing.

• The function indicator lights in orange and All Tracks Erasing starts.

During All tracks erasing of a CD-RW disc that has not be finalized, "ALL", "TRACK" and "ERASE" blink successively.

During All tracks erasing of a finalized CD-RW disc, "ERS *:**" while the remaining time is displayed.

The recorder stops when All tracks erasing is completed.

2 Press and hold the ERASE button for about 4 seconds.

The display panel displays "ALL," "DISC," "ERASE?" and "dE **:**" successively. Then the function indicator blinks in orange indicating that the recorder is in the All disc erase standby mode.

You can stop the erase process by pressing the Stop ( ) button for 10 seconds . However, if the erase operation is stopped, the message "CHECK", "DISC" appears to indicate that the disc has not been normally erased.

3 Press the pause ( ) button to start the all disc erasing.

The function indicator lights in orange and All Disc Erasing starts.

During All disc erasing, "dE **:**" while the remaining time is displayed.

The recorder stops when All disc erasing is completed.
