–Pour se protéger contre le feu, la décharge électrique et les dommages aux personnes, ne pas immerger le cordon, la prise, le récipient de la bouilloire et la base électrique dans l’eau ou tout autre liquide.

INSTALLATION

–Placez l'appareil sur une surface stable et plane, en aucun cas sur une surface chaude, et d'office à l'écart de toute source de chaleur. La surface doit être sèche. Veillez à ce que l'appareil et le cordon soient hors de portée des enfants.

–Ne posez pas le socle sur une tablette ou une surface métallique pendant que l’appareil est en fonctionnement.

–Assurez-vous que la tension indiquée sur la plaque signalétique de l'appareil est la même que la tension de secteur. Branchez l'appareil dans une prise correctement mise à la terre, avec une puissance de sortie minimale de 6 A. (Utilisez un dis- positif de courant résiduel (DCR) ou demandez conseil à un électricien.) Pendant l'utilisation de l'appareil, assurez- vous de toujours avoir accès à la prise au cas où un pro- blème surviendrait. Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité en cas d'accident dû à une mauvaise mise à la terre ou une absence de mise à la terre de l'appareil.

–Si la prise ne convient pas à la fiche de votre appareil, faites-la changer par un électricien agréé.
