SPEGNIMENTO DI SICUREZZA

Il bollitore dispone di una protezione contro i danni causati da un utilizzo con una quantità d'acqua insufficiente. Un dispositivo di sicurezza interrompe automaticamente l'ali- mentazione elettrica, se l'elemento riscaldante si surriscalda.

Se il bollitore dovesse rimanere a secco durante l'uso, è necessario lasciarlo raffreddare per 10 minuti prima di riempirlo nuovamente di acqua fredda. Il dispositivo di spegnimento automatico torna automaticamente in posizione di riposo non appena si è raffreddato.

PRIMA DI USARE IL BOLLITORE

Prima di usare il bollitore per la prima volta, riempirlo completa- mente d'acqua (fino alla marca MAX) e portare a ebollizione, gettare poi via l'acqua senza farne uso.

USO DEL BOLLITORE

RIEMPIRE D'ACQUA IL BOLLITORE

–Togliere il bollitore dalla sua base (6).

–Aprire il coperchio (1), mettere l'acqua e richiudere il coperchio.

Non mettere nel bollitore meno di 0,5 l né più di 1,5 l (non bisogna superare la marca MAX). In questo modo si evita che si spenga prima di bollire o di raggiungere la temper- atura impostata.

ALLACCIAMENTO ALLA PRESA ELETTRICA

–Dopo avere riempito il bollitore, collocarlo sulla sua base

(6). Controllare che il bollitore sia posizionato corretta mente sui contatti della base (6).

–Inserire la spina nella presa elettrica; si ode un segnale acustico che indica che il bollitore è pronto.

–Scegliere la temperatura desiderata ruotando la manopola del termostato (8), poi premere il tasto ON/OFF (7). Il tasto lampeggia finché l'acqua raggiunge la temperatura im- postata o bolle, poi si spegne.

–Non appena l'acqua raggiunge la temperatura desiderata, si ode un segnale acustico. A questo punto si può usare l'acqua.

Avvertenza: se durante il riscaldamento si desidera cam- biare la temperatura, basta regolare ancora il termostato (8) e premere nuovamente il tasto ON/OFF (7).

Avvertenza: la temperatura ideale dell'acqua varia secondo la qualità di tè. Se per un tè delicato si usa acqua troppo calda, eventualmente vengono liberate anche sostanze amare. Il bollitore BODUM® con termostato permette di preparare delicatamente qualsiasi qualità di tè.
