Before commencing programming of your favourite recipes, it’s important that you have a good understaning of each of the stages of the breadmaking cycle.

bring the ingredients to the optimum temperature for the yeast to activate when the kneading cycle begins. This is mainly used on Wheat breads and when making Jam, but is also handy to use on cold days.

Kneading: The Kneading cycle turns your ingredients to dough and is the most vital stage of breadmaking. It mixes the ingredients, activates the yeast and forms the frame work for the dough to rise
