The Variety Cooker beeps to indicate that the cooking process is finished. Remove the inner pot from the Variety Cooker. Let the cake cool down in the inner pot for 15 minutes. Then turn the inner pot upside down to flip the cake onto a plate. Ready to serve. Or you can chill the cheese cake overnight and then serve cold with fruits, compote.
Grease the inner pot with margarine/softened butter and then pour the cake mixture into it.

Allow the cream cheese to soften at the room temperature.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar (60g) with an Electric Hand Mixer using

 

medium speed until the sugar dissolved. Scrap the sides of the bowl with spatula to ensure the

ingredients are incorporated during mixing.

Add egg yolks one at a time in the batter, then follow by plain flour, whipping cream, lemon juice,

 

vanilla essence and melted butter and mix till combine with Electric Hand Mixer using medium speed.
