When the Variety Cooker beeps, add hot vegetable stock and passata, mix well, close the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
Add courgette, aubergine and red & yellow bell pepper, mix well, and close the lid. Cook for 15 minutes.
When the Ratatouille cooking process is finished, add basil & seasonings and then stir well. Ready to serve.
Put oil, garlic, onion and tomato paste in the inner pot, mix well. Press the [Main] button to select the [Ratatouille] submenu, close the lid and set the cooking time to 25 minutes.
