*For fresh food reduce the cooking time by 1 or 2 minutes. **For fresh fries increase the cooking time by 4 or 6 minutes.
Switching off the deep fryer
•When you have finished frying foods, set the on- off switch to the o position.
•Unplug the deep fryer.
•Leave the deep fryer and the oil inside the deep fryer to cool (2 to 3 hours).
•Store cord by plugging into the plug storage chan- nels in back of fryer (depending on model).
•Wait until your deep fryer has cooled down com- pletely before moving it.
•Hold it securely and level.

!Never move your deep fryer with hot oil inside.
