9. MISE EN ROUTE

AVERTISSEMENT

1.Le distributeur est conçu pour produire et stocker de la glace alimentaire. Pour le maintenir dans un parfait état d’hygiène :

•Lavez-vous les mains avant d’enlever de la glace

•Utilisez la pelle plastique fournie (accessoire)

•Le bac de stockage n’est réservé que pour la glace. Ne stockez rien d’autre dans ce bac.

•La pelle doit toujours être propre. Nettoyez- la avec un produit détergent neutre et rincez- la soigneusement.

•Fermez la porte immédiatement après avoir enlevé la glace pour empêcher la pénétration de saletés, de poussière ou d’insectes dans le réservoir.

2.Toute utilisation d’équipements électriques exige l’observation de certaines règles fondamentales, en particulier :

•L’apparition d’un degré d’humidité élevé augmente le risque des courts-circuits et des électrocutions. En cas de doute, débranchez la machine.

•Ne pas utiliser l’appareil si vous êtes pieds nus.

•Pour déconnecter la machine du secteur, ne tirez pas sur le cordon électrique.

•Cet appareil ne doit pas être confié à de jeunes enfants sans surveillance ni à des personnes âgées ou infirmes.

3.Toutes les pièces sont réglées en usine. Tout mauvais réglage peut provoquer une panne.

4.Si l’appareil est débranché, attendez au moins 3 minutes avant de remettre le distributeur de cubelets en route pour éviter toute détérioration du compresseur.

5.Ne pas faire fonctionner le groupe en position LAVAGE sans eau dans le réservoir d’eau. Cela endommagerait le joint d’étanchéité de la pompe à eau.

1.Ouvrir le robinet d’arrêt de la conduite d’alimentation d’eau.

2.Enlever le panneau avant

3.Mettre le commutateur de commande de la boîte de commande en position «GLACE».

4.Replacer le panneau avant dans sa position correcte

5.Etablir l’alimentation électrique et laisser le réservoir d’eau se remplir d’eau et le distributeur fonctionner pendant 10 mn en tout (voir 8 pour la Séquence des opérations).

6.Vérifiez l’absence de fuites d’eau au niveau des raccords d’alimentation d’eau et de vidange.

7.Couper l’alimentation électrique, et déposer le panneau avant.

8.Déposez le panneau d’isolation. Déposez le capuchon qui se trouve dans la partie inférieure avant de la trappe d’évacuation de glace. Vidangez le réservoir d’eau pour évacuer toutes particules détachées. (Voir Fig. 12).

9.Remettre le tube de la pompe en place et le couvercle du socle en bonne position.

10.Nettoyer le bac de stockage

11.Rétablir l’alimentation électrique et démarrer le processus de fabrication de glace automatique.

12.Attendre d’avoir terminé un cycle complet de fabrication de glace et décongélation.
