Note: Care should be taken that the unit, line set and Condenser contain the same type refrigerant prior to making connections. Mixing of refriger- ants will result in improper operation and pos- sible damage to the refrigeration system. Make the connections at the remote condenser first and then at the icemaker.
7) Thoroughly leak test the coupling joints.
[d] ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

THIS APPLIANCE MUST BE EARTHED
This remote condenser unit requires an earth that meets the national and local electrical code require- ments. To prevent possible severe electrical shock to individuals or extensive damage to equipment, install a proper earth wire to the icemaker. Turn off the power supply before any maintenance, repairs or cleaning is undertaken.
•This condenser unit must be connected to the Fan Motor Junction Box on the icemaker.
•The opening for the power supply connection is 22.2 mm. to fit a conduit.

•Usually an electrical permit and services of a licensed electrician are required.
1)Remove the four screws and the Panel of the remote condenser.
2)Remove the two screws and the Junction Box Cover on the remote condenser.
3)Remove the screw and the URC Fan Motor Junction Box Cover on the icemaker.
4)Connect the Fan Motor leads in the Junction Box of the remote condenser unit to the Fan Motor leads in the Junction Box of the HOSHIZAKI remote
5)Install an earth ground wire from the icemaker to the remote condenser unit.
6)Replace the Panel and the Junction Box Cover in their original positions.
