Cleaning and care
Miele branded cleaning and conditioning products are available from the Miele Spare Parts Department or via the internet on
,Do not use a steam cleaner to clean the appliance. The steam could reach electrical components and cause a short circuit.
Appliance front
Remove any soiling immediately.
If not, it might become impossible to remove and could cause the surface to alter or discolour.
Clean the front using a damp Miele microfibre
The external surfaces are susceptible to scratching. Scratches on glass surfaces could even cause a breakage in certain circumstances.
Contact with unsuitable cleaning agents can alter or discolour the external surfaces.
To prevent damage to your appliance when cleaning, do not use:
–cleaning agents containing soda, ammonia, acids or chlorides,
–cleaning agents containing descaling agents,
–abrasive cleaning agents, e.g. powder cleaners and cream cleaners,
–
–stainless steel cleaning agents,
–dishwasher cleaner,
–oven sprays,
–glass cleaning agents,
–hard, abrasive sponges and brushes, e.g. pot scourers,
–sharp metal scrapers.
