Operation

Automatic

You can chose from an extensive range of automatic programmes: Boil eggs, Bottling, Cook fish, Cook fruit, Cook grain, Cook meat, Cook mussels, Cook pulses, Cook shellfish, Cook side dishes, Cook vegetables, Defrost and Reheat. Cooking temperature and duration are pre-set, so you only need to select the category and confirm your selection.

Automatic programmes Cook vegetables and Cook fruit have a medium cooking level set as standard. However, you can select from "al dente" to "Soft".

Example:

You want to prepare a side dish of floury boiled potatoes cut up into small pieces.

^Select "Automatic".

^Select and then confirm the following with "Continue":

"Cook side dishes" "Potatoes" "Peeled potatoes" "Floury"

"Pieces"

"Diced".

You can choose whether you want the programme to start immediately or later.

Menu cooking

It is very economical and practical to cook a whole meal at the same time in the steam oven. You can select up to three dishes, e.g. fish with a side dish and vegetables.

Fish should not be combined with food with strong colours, e.g. beetroot.

You can select the dishes in any order.

Cook vegetables and Cook fruit have a medium cooking level set as standard. However, you can select from "al dente" to "Soft".

^Select "Menu cooking".

^Select and confirm the appropriate food type.

After you have confirmed "Start menu cooking", the display will show the food type and the shelf runner.

At the end of the heating up phase, the display will show when the next food type is to be placed in the oven. When the time for the next food type to be placed in the oven is reached, the display will show the food type and the shelf runner. This process will be repeated for the third food type.
