UTILISATION

NOTE : Ne pas utiliser d’huile sale, usagée ou autrement contaminée. Cela pourrait endommager le guide ou la chaîne.

NOTE : Il est normal que de l’huile suinte de la scie lorsqu’elle n’est pas en usage. Pour éviter ce suintement, vider le réservoir d’huile après chaque utilisation puis faire tourner la scie pendant une minute. Lorsque la scie est remisée pour une période prolongée (trois mois ou plus), s’assurer que la chaîne et le pignon d’entraînement sont légèrement lubrifiés pour les protéger de la rouille.

BRANCHEMENT SUR UNE PRISE SECTEUR

Cette scie à chaîne est conçue avec un arrimage de cordon prolongateur qui empêche le retenue de cordon d’être dégagé de l’outil lors de son utilisation.

nFormer une boucle à l’extrémité du retenue de cordon.

nInsérer la partie boucle du retenue de cordon dans l’ouverture du côté de la poignée arrière et la placer sur l’arrimage du retenue de cordon.

nTirer lentement la boucle contre l’arrimage du cordon pour le tendre.

nBrancher la scie à chaîne à le cordon

NOTE : Ne pas tendre le cordon prolongateur sur son arrimage peut permettre au cordon de se débrancher de la prise.

DÉMARRAGE ET ARRÊT DE LA SCIE À CHAÎNE

AVERTISSEMENT :

Garder le corps à droite de la ligne de chaîne. Ne jamais chevaucher la scie ou la chaîne ou se pencher au-delà de la ligne de chaîne.

nVeiller à ce qu’aucun objet ou obstacle risquant d’être heurté par le guide ou la chaîne ne se trouve à proximité.

nMaintenir le bouton de verrouillage enfoncé. Ceci permet d’actionner la gâchette.

nPour le fonctionnement continu, appuyer sur la gâchette, désengager le bouton de verrouillage et maintenir la gâchette enfoncée.

Arrêt de la scie à chaîne :

NOTE : Il est normale que la chaîne continue de tourner jusqu’à l’arrêt une fois la gâchette relâchée.

nPour arrêter la scie, relâcher la gâchette.

nLorsque la gâchette est relâchée, le bouton de verrouillage se remet automatiquement en position verrouillée.

Démarrage de la scie à chaîne :

nVeiller tension de la chaîne est à l’arrangement désiré. Voir Réglage de la Tension de Chaîne dans la section Entretien.

nVeiller couvercle de chaîne de bouton de verrouillage est serré à couvercle de chaîne.
