UTILISATION DU PARE-MAIN ET DU COUTEAU SÉPARATEUR

Delta (FIG. 63) pour toutes opérations de débitage complet. Le couteau séparateur empêche le trait de scie de se fermer et de coincer la lame, ce qui provoque normalement un effet de rebond. Les cliquets anti-effet de rebond (A, fig.

62)empêchent la projection de l’ouvrage et de la pièce coupée en direction de l’opérateur. Le pare-main en plastique empêche la projection de poussière et de débris en direction de l’opérateur. Utilisation correcte du pare-main:

1.S’assurer que le couteau séparateur est aligné avec la lame tel que décrit dans la section « ASSEMBLAGE

ET ALIGNEMENT DU PARE-MAIN ET DU COUTEAU SÉPARATEUR ».

2.Remplacer ou affûter les cliquets anti-effet de rebond dès qu’ils sont émoussés.

3.Maintenir le pare-main propre pour une bonne visibilité et un mouvement libre.

4.L’utilisation de solvants ou lubrifiants sur le pare-main risque d’endommager gravement le plastique.

5.Être prudent lors de l’insertion d’ouvrages qui pourraient heurter le pare-main et coincer ou forcer le pare-main sur la lame (comme lors de coupe de moulure).
