13-1.5 Set Shifts

The Set Shifts screen lets you divide each day into smaller units called shifts, which are used to group data for viewing and reporting.

From STORE PARAMETERS Screen (see “PARAMETERS PROGRAMMING” on page 13-1):

1.Press to select [SHIFTS].

2.Press . You are now in the Set Shifts screen, and the cursor is on DAY.

3.Press to move cursor immediately to the right of DAY: if you want to change the day.

4.Press to move the day forward or backward.

5.Press to move to an existing shift you would like to modify. (You may use up to four shifts per day.)

6.Press to move cursor to the [=] or [-] fields to change the START or STOP times.
