Manual timeout

Time interval to be allotted for manual insertion

Banding mode

Switching printing control (band/full page)

Auto

Auto mode (standard setting). Switches the

following two modes depending on the total

RAM capacity: virtual memory mode for

10MB or less (equivalent to banding mode on)

and speed mode for more than 10MB

(equivalent to banding mode off)

Off

Speed mode. Attaches importance to speedup

of printing control, thus processing all pages

per job. Print density is set to 300 dpi when

total RAM capacity is 3M to 9M bytes. To

print on legal-size paper, set banding mode on,

or the total RAM capacity must be 10M bytes

or more.

On

(Virtual) memory mode. Attaches importance

to reliable printing rather than speedup, thus

processing data per page.
