General Tips

Observe the following tips when handling print media.

Do not use paper that is wrinkled or curled.

Do not use paper with staples or metal parts.

When printing both sides of sheets, we recommend you to use an optional duplex unit. If your printer has no duplex unit, use the manual feed slot and remove curls after first printing. Use paper in 105 g/m2 (28 pound) weight. Paper thinner than this weight may be wrinkled thus causing decrease in print quality.

Two-sided printing is not allowed for transparencies, envelopes, and labels even if your printer has the duplex unit.
