Finding an item using other criteria

You can use the Find command to find items by size, label, date, or other characteristics.

1.Choose Find from the File menu.

2.If you see a button labeled More Choices, click the button.

The dialog box that appears lets you select search characteristics using pop-up menus.

3.Choose an item from the left pop-up menu.

4.Choose an item from the middle pop-up menu.

5.Adjust the date, choose an item, or type text in the upper-right area of the dialog box.

Click a number to select it; click the up or down arrow to change it.
