Changing the time format

1.Choose Control Panels from the Apple (K) menu and open the Date & Time control panel.

2.In the Date & Time control panel, click Time Formats.

3.Make the changes you want.

A sample of the format you choose appears at the bottom of the dialog box.

4.Click OK to close the control panel.

Choose standard formats from this pop-up menu.

When you choose the 12-hour clock, you can also choose either 0:00 or 12:00 to represent noon and midnight.

Type the separator between hours, minutes, and seconds here.
