Personalizing your device

Download and buy apps, games, music, and videos

Apps, games, and music that you buy can be deleted and downloaded again as many times as you want to on the same BlackBerry device, and on up to four additional devices without your having to pay for the items again.

1.In the BlackBerry World storefront, tap an item.

2.In the upper-right corner of the screen, tap the button with the price displayed on it.

3.To change your payment method before you pay for an item, in the Bill Through: drop-down list, tap a payment method.

4.Tap Purchase.

Tip: To share an app, game, album, song, or video, tap . To share an app with someone using NFC technology, on the Details screen of the app that you want to share, align the backs of your devices.

Move an app around the home screen

1.On the home screen, touch and hold an app icon until all of the icons start to blink.

2.Drag the icon to a different location on the home screen and release your finger.

Change your ring tone, sounds, or alerts

1.On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.

2.Tap Settings > Notifications.

•To change your global notification settings, select a setting in the Mode drop-down list or change the Sound, Vibrate, LED, Previews, or Volume settings.

•To change the notification settings for a particular app, for example the Phone, in the Notifications section, tap an application. Change the settings.

Change your font size

1.On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.

2.Tap Settings > Display.

3.In the Font Size drop-down list, tap the size of font that you want to use.
