1. To open the command window for the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server User Administration Tool, on the computer that hosts
the tool, on the taskbar, click Start > Programs > BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit > BlackBerry Enterprise
Server User Administration Tool > BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool.
2. Type besuseradminclient <credentials> -change -cs and the following parameter:
-u <user_name>

You can use this task to generate a report of the stages of activation for a user account on the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server and
then use the report to troubleshoot activation issues.
The task supports the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server for Microsoft® Exchange, the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server for IBM® Lotus®
Domino®, and the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server for Novell® GroupWise®.
