-set_client_auth

You can use the -set_client_auth parameter to specify the client authentication parameters that are stored in the Windows® registry.

Syntax: -set_client_auth

-set_client_auth <credentials> : client authentication credentials to be stored in registry

-set_p <password> : client password for storing authentication credentials in the registry

[-username <user name>] : authentication user name or

[-sqluser <user name>] : authentication user name

[-password <password>] : authentication password or

[-sqlpass <password>] : authentication password

[-bas_auth] : use BAS authentication (default) or

[-mailbox_auth] : use mailbox authentication or

[-ad_auth] : use Active Directory authentication

-domain <domain> : authentication domain [-i <input filename>] : input filename

[-o <output filename>] : output filename

[-v <level>] : verbose console logging level - trace, debug, info, warn, error, fatal

[-p <password>] : client password for extracting authentication credentials from the registry and appending them to the command line options

-ad_auth

This subparameter specifies that the user authenticates with the BlackBerry®

 

Administration Service using Microsoft® Active Directory® authentication.

-bas_auth

This subparameter specifies that the user authenticates with the BlackBerry

 

Administration Service using BlackBerry Administration Service authentication (the

 

default authentication type).

-domain

This subparameter specifies the domain that the command applies to.
