1.To open the command window for the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server User Administration Tool, on the computer that hosts the tool, on the taskbar, click Start > Programs > BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit > BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool > BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool.

2.Type besuseradminclient <credentials> -stats -service and the name of the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server instance that you want to query, or specify an input file that contains the information for multiple BlackBerry Enterprise Server instances. Type the following parameters:

•-b <instance> or

•-email <instance>

Example: Retrieving statistics for a BlackBerry Enterprise Server instance

besuseradminclient -username admin -password password -stats -service -b server01

Example: Retrieving statistics for multiple BlackBerry Enterprise Server instances and displaying an output file

besuseradminclient -username admin -password password -stats -service -i serverfile.txt -o output.csv

Example: Retrieving statistics for the messaging server

besuseradminclient -username admin -password password -stats -service -email server01_email

Results of a statistics query for a BlackBerry Enterprise Server

If your environment uses BlackBerry® Enterprise Server for MDS Applications, columns that apply to email messaging do not appear in the query results.

Column	Description

Server Name	name of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server instance
Server Status	status of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server instance
SRP Status	status of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server SRP information
# Users	number of user accounts that exist on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server instance
Server Version	version of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server
