Camera control
The options for controlling peripheral devices (for example a pan/tilt camera head or a dome camera) are dependent on the unit type installed and on the configuration of the VIP X1600.
If a controllable unit is connected and configured, the operating items for controlling the peripheral device can be seen to the left of the video image.
–To control a peripheral, click the appropriate controls.
–Move the mouse cursor over the video image. Additional options for control- ling peripherals are displayed with the mouse cursor.
Digital I/O
In the event of an alarm, the green alarm LED for the triggering alarm input appears next to the video image. The unit's configuration determines whether the alarm is displayed, as well as additional details (see Livepage configuration, page 112).
The alarm symbols Input 1 to Input 10 are for information purposes and show the input status of an alarm input: Active high = icon lit green, Active low = icon not lit.
