Troubleshooting
If you cannot resolve a fault, please contact your supplier or systems integrator or go directly to Bosch Security Systems Customer Service.
The version numbers of the internal processors can be viewed on a special page. Make a note of this information before contacting Customer Service.
–In the address field of the browser, enter /version.htm after the unit's IP address (for example 192.168.0.88/version.htm).
–Write down the information or print out the page.
The following table is intended to help you identify the causes of malfunctions and correct them where possible.
