GUIDE DE DÉMARRAGE RAPIDE

FONCTIONNEMENT DE VOTRE MINI SMART OVENMC DE BREVILLE

Le Mini Smart OvenMC de Breville est muni d’un Élément IQMC - technologie de cuisson exclusive qui régularise les éléments chauffants afin d’obtenir une cuisson uniforme et plus rapide. Chaque fonction est préréglée selon nos recommandations. Cependant, nous vous suggérons d’en faire l’essai selon la recette utilisée, la quantité d’ingrédients et vos goûts personnels.

Vos réglages personnalisés resteront en mémoire dans le four jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient changés ou que le four soit débranché.

1.Insérez la grille à la position recommandée. Ces positions sont imprimées sur la droite de la porte du four. La grille doit être placée avec les rayons vers le haut.

2.Tournez le cadran de FONCTIONS jusqu’à la fonction désirée.

3.Pour changer la température ou le temps de cuisson, enfoncez le bouton TEMP ou TIME jusqu’à ce que l’écran ACL affiche la température ou le temps correspondant. Pressez la flèche vers le bas pour réduire la température/ temps ou vers le haut pour augmenter la température/temps.

Le bouton TEMP fonctionne aussi comme sélecteur de coloration (DARKNESS) pour les fonctions TOAST et BAGEL.

Placez les aliments au centre de la grille, soit directement sur la grille ou dans le plateau de cuisson Breville (voir le Livret d’instructions à la page 102 pour les recommandations sur les plats à utiliser).

NOTE

Certaines fonctions nécessitent un cycle de préchauffage. Après avoir enfoncé le bouton START/CANCEL, la fonction PREHEATING clignotera sur l’écran ACL. Ne placez les aliments dans le four que lorsque l’écran ACL aura cessé de clignoter et que le signal sonore se sera fait entendre.

4.Fermez la porte du four.

5.Enfoncez le bouton START/CANCEL pour activer. Le coutour du bouton s’illuminera en rouge, le signal sonore se fera entendre et l’écran ACL s’illuminera en orange.

6.La minuterie s’affichera et le compte à rebours débutera. La température et le temps de cuisson peuvent être modifiés durant le cycle de cuisson.

7.À la fin du cycle de cuisson, le signal sonore se fera entendre trois fois. Le contour du bouton START/CANCEL ne sera plus illuminé en rouge et l’écran ACL s’illuminera en bleu.
